Most people don’t even know they’re experiencing some form of anxiety, even if the symptoms are obvious… how much more so if they aren’t?
There are plenty of applications online, and helpful videos and articles on how to deal with anxiety. I hope you find some useful ones. But it also always helps to know that you have a support group you can count on.
